"The Purist"

(from Blue Agave)

1/2 Rampur lime

2 splashes agave nectar

2 ounces 4 Copas organic silver tequila

Split the Rampur Lime in half and place in a glass.

Add agave nectar. Muddle. Fill the glass halfway with ice

and continue to muddle. Fill the entire glass with ice and

add tequila. Cover the glass with a cocktail shaker and

shake well. Pour into a salt-rimmed glass and serve.
