Boil 2 1/2 c water in small pot.

Add approximately 1 Tbsp fresh mint,

1 Tbsp fresh rosemary,

& 1 tsp aniseed and

infuse with lid on for 20 minutes.

Allow to cool.

Strain into desired container.
