Party Rats
muddle 3 leaves fresh basil
with the juice of 1 lemon & 1 tsp turbinado sugar.
add 1 oz Lillet Blanc & 1 1/2 oz gin.
(adjust quantities depending upon taste.)
shake & serve up.
and,
with the gorgeous frisee from BD's farm,
simple salad with pan-fried corn,
shallots, fried egg, bleu cheese dressing
